There will be a competitive 5K Run, a 3K Family Fun Run/Walk, a Children's Fun Run, and other family friendly activities.

Visit the event website to see how you can personalize your running bib to display the 9-11 victim you are running to remember.

Governor's Island is in the heart of New York Harbor just off the tip of lower Manhattan, between the Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn. After a short FREE 7 minute ferry ride to the island you won't believe your still in New York City. Come out with the family and enjoy the run and consider staying for a while to enjoy the many things that Governor's Island has to offer.

If you can't attend this event please visit the website to see how you can still help the various charities and possibly win two tickets on Continental Airlines. Since this is a fund raiser for several organizations please consider donating to one of the beneficiaries in memory of a 9-11 victim or sponsor a participant who's running/walking.
