Finest Sports 14.2 Miles Manhattan Training Run
Sunday, September 3rd, 2017 7:30 AMAre you training for a Fall Marathon or just want to do something different, if so, this training run is for you. The course winds through many different neighborhoods and past many landmarks. The first mile is flat just to get you warm up, the next mile is a long uphill at least 3/4 of a mile, you will then make a left turn at 184th street & Broadway and there's is the ("Oh S@# t Hill"). (A block long) From there easy rolling hills. At 95th street & Riverside Drive, you will enter Riverside Park proceed about 100 yards and you will be directed to the jogging & bicycle path along the Hudson River. The path is flat all the way to the finish line. Six water stops, Gatorade at the last three stops, post run refreshments at the finish. A great looking shirt, custom finishers medal, 16 ounce stainless steel water bottle, all imprinted with the 14.2 logo.
